Patricia Perez is 36, is married and has no children. She is a lawyer from Valparaiso University and currently pursuing a Master in Criminal Law and Criminal Sciences at the same university.

He has been an attorney adviser to the Department of Studies and Projects of the Public Defender of Region V, Public Criminal Defender Ovalle - Combarbalá, chief lawyer of the Legal Assistance Corporation of the Region of Valparaiso, attorney executor National Service Project Juvenile Defense of the Rights of Youth "ad-hoc and Rapporteur of the Honorable Court of Appeals of Valparaiso, among others.

He has been a professor at the Catholic University of Valparaiso, Adolfo Ibañez.
